1 year and a winner

I can't believe that it has been 1 year since I started my blog, in some ways it feels like it was yesterday! I never imagined that blogging would be this great.. really it has changed my life and my growth as lover of Christ. From blogging series to outfit shoots.. I have gained so much confidence and have stretched my relationship with God in ways that I would have never done without this blog! I have learned SO much from all of the connections I have made with you (my readers!), your comments have blessed me, encouraged me, made me cry, and kept me going. Thank you.

I can't wait to see where year 2 leads me, I know God is going to use me and this little internet space for something good! Thank you for your support and all of your kind words, I truly feel touched and blessed by each one of you.


On May 27, 2011 I wrote, "My name is Lauren. I started this blog because I heard once that it is important to reflect on your life's journey frequently... I also hope this blog encourages people, inspires people, and brings people joy. I want to impact people far beyond my little life..." I still feel that way, and I hope I have done that this year!
